We utilize industrial-grade products to include epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, and urethanes while placing a tremendous amount of focus on substrate preparation. The detail & tenacity in which we prepare the concrete surface prior to its coating is critical to a long-lasting, durable system that is chemical resistant, easy to clean, and will not succumb to peeling or hot tire pick-up.

At Granite Garage Floors we are 100% focused on providing the best in class quality, warranty, and customer experience for all residential and commercial customers, including automotive, manufacturing, warehouses, airplane hangars, farming/fleet, medical, laboratories, office space, and much more.
We have a large in-stock selection of designer color finishes to match your home's décor, or we can create your own custom finish blend. Our process takes a day or two to install and you can return your garage to service within a day in many cases. When finished, you will have a garage floor that is exceptionally durable, equally beautiful, easy to clean, and guaranteed to last for many years! Additionally, our systems can be installed in other concrete areas in and around the home, to include basements, workshops, unfinished spaces, and exterior porches & patios.
Since 2010 our only business has been the professional installation of industrial coating systems for both residential and commercial customers throughout the Greater Omaha, Lincoln, and Western Iowa areas including: Elkhorn, Papillion, LaVista, Bellevue, Council Bluffs, Gretna, Crete, Beatrice, Seward, Ashland, Roca, Denton, Malcolm, Eagle, Waverly, Hickman, Valley, Waterloo, Bennington and York.

Granite Finishes
Our Granite finish is our company namesake and features ¼” flakes broadcasted to rejection into an industrial-grade two-part 100% solids epoxy base coat and then clear coated with our best-in-class uvS Polyaspartic topcoat. These flakes (or chips) are available in a variety of designer color finishes including earth tone, gray tone, and solid color blends that are created to look like a Granite or Quartz countertop.

Our Metallic finishes are available in both flake and liquid form. Our flake system features a full broadcast, to rejection, of ¼” flakes which are layered in-between our industrial two-part, solvent-based epoxy base coat and our best in-class uvS Polyaspartic top coat. These blends include Metallic and Mica flakes in varying sizes that provide an understated touch of glam to the finish. Our liquid floors feature a base coat of solvent-based epoxy, a build coat of metallic epoxy, and a urethane top coat. These are available in a variety of colors for a one of a kind finish.

Clear Sealers
Our Clear Sealer finishes feature a single or double coat of clear solvent-based or water-based epoxy and/or urethane. These options are available in a crystal clear, amber, or a high gloss finish, which provide the look of a Polished concrete floor, but with a robust, protective quality that polished floors are unable to provide.
